As I am currently house-hunting myself, I thought I would share few tips I follow:
1. Make sure the house is at least 6-700 meters from the cell phone towers. This can easily be checked here: https://www.rfnsa.com.au/
2. Make sure no high voltage transmission lines are closer than 600 meters -https://westernpower.com.au/industry/calculators-tools/network-capacity-mapping-tool/
3. Also to be mindful of an airport (8km), mining (70km), pesticide drift (farms, timber plantations, golf courses..2km), heavy traffic routes (600m).
4. Look for signs that support life - wildlife! Birds, frogs etc
These are just a few things to look out for externally, there is a long list of things to consider inside of the house - building design, building materials, ventilation, any previous water damage etc
